Calculator data

Your age, sex, height, weight, daily movement, planned exercise and obstacle selections are calculated in your browser. They are not transmitted by this version of the site. The resulting plan and calorie calculator's daily food log are stored in this browser's local storage. You can remove them by clearing the food log or this site's local storage.

Analytics

The site includes an internal event interface for actions such as generating a plan. No third-party analytics service is enabled in this codebase. If analytics is added later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before deployment.

Hosting logs

Your hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp. Retention depends on the provider selected at deployment.
